HOW DOES ORDERING WORK? DO YOU RESTOCK?
Drops typically sell out within the first few hours and occasionally within the first few minutes, so I do suggest purchasing once the item drops as I rarely restock.
I run limited pre-sales for my pieces, unless said otherwise. It’s “limited” because the more I make, the longer it’ll take to produce and ship - I’m solo operation shipping these myself. It’s already taking a solid 4-6 weeks turnaround window, so I cap pre-sales to meet that timeframe. Pre-sales also allows more people to get what size they want and it’s more environmentally friendly (I know I’m not doing crazy numbers, but every little bit helps). Also with the current pandemic going on, it’s been hard to forecast sales, so this method keeps my small business running avoiding the risk of overstock and high production fees; this small business appreciates for understanding as I'm not a big corporate company with a ton of funding.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Production is currently taking around 4-6 weeks - sometimes sooner depending where I'm sourcing this particular piece(It's always worth the wait ☺). Once processed you will receive a tracking number via e-mail on file. Depending on location, domestic orders can take up to a week once processed ie orders are being shipped from the Bay Area so California orders can take 1-2 business days vs New York orders can take 3-5 business days. International orders can take up to 2 weeks.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?
We are not responsible for lost packages. There's not much I can do once the order is shipped. If you like to apply insurance or signature confirmation on your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
TRACKING INFORMATION STATES PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?
Once a package has been marked as "Delivered", there is nothing we can do. Please check all possible areas where it can be. After, contact your local post office to further inquire about the package's whereabouts.
WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?
Mainly USPS or UPS for domestic and USPS, UPS or DHL for international orders.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
YES. However, effulgence does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs charges are different for every country.
